Help links color should be a darker blue?

Hi, I'm finding the light blue color used for links in the 'help' is hard to read, as shown in:

It should be made darker no?
I quickly installed the https://github.com/overcache/NeoSolarized plugin and found it uses a darker blue for links:

Many thanks for plugin!
P.S. (I'm using LunarVim & have set background = light in case it's needed)
