[Feature] Complete Bookmarks context menu

Request Overview

I have a metric ton of modules in my project, so the bookmark feature is super useful! The problem is that bookmarks don't contain all the options you have in the original module. I particularly miss "Set Build Target" and "Set Launch/Debug Target", but I think all of them should be there.
