Description of the new feature / enhancement

Suggest adding the ability to customize the content displayed in PowerToys' "Shortcut Guide" overlay. Currently, the guide primarily shows default Windows system shortcuts. However, users may have disabled certain system shortcuts or replaced them with custom ones (e.g., using PowerToys Keyboard Manager). The feature request is to allow users to curate the guide's content.
This could include adding existing shortcuts from other PowerToys utilities or manually inputting custom shortcuts for third-party applications. The goal is to replace the default system-only view with a personalized, comprehensive cheat sheet that reflects the user's actual configured shortcuts.

Scenario when this would be used?

Centralized Custom Shortcut Reference: A user has remapped Win + E to open a specific project folder instead of File Explorer and uses Ctrl + Alt + N to launch a note-taking app (configured via PowerToys Keyboard Manager) . They want these custom shortcuts to appear in the Shortcut Guide so they don't forget their own configurations.
Third-Party App Integration: A user relies heavily on shortcuts within applications like Adobe Photoshop or a code editor (e.g., Alt + Shift + F to format code). They wish to add these app-specific shortcuts to the guide for a quick reference while using those applications.
PowerToys Module Discovery: A user frequently uses "FancyZones" (with Win + Shift + ` ) and "Color Picker" (withWin + Shift + C) but sometimes forgets the exact key combinations . They want these PowerToys utility shortcuts to be listed directly in the main Shortcut Guide overlay for easier discovery and recall.
