Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
I have successfully installed PowerToys on a standalone (air-gapped) PC using the PowerToysSetup-0.97.2-x64.exe installer. However, the Text Extractor utility fails to function. It displays an error indicating that "No OCR languages" are available.
Since the machine is completely offline, it cannot automatically fetch the necessary OCR components via Windows Update or Language Settings.
Scenario when this would be used?
I am using PowerToys in a secure, offline environment where an internet connection is not permitted. I need to know if there is a way to manually download the required OCR language packs (such as Features on Demand / FoD packages) from an online machine and install them on the standalone PC.
