Online manual stuck at version 3.8.0

Looking at https://juliagraphics.github.io/Luxor.jl/stable/# the version of Luxor documented there is 3.8.0 while the latest seems to be 4.3.0.

The docs moved to https://github.com/JuliaGraphics/LuxorManual because they got too big. The older versions are still in the original location though.

I have no idea how to fix this issue - something to do with ’gh-pages’ I think 🤔.

A possible fix would be to delete the old gh-pages branch so nobody gets stuck on the old outdated docs.
