Tutorial: Baseline entry to data store + DOI in NOMAD

• Additional/Advanced: 1. Annotate via YAML and upload all at once, 2. Automated approach within an Oasis

@ahm531 Is this something Siamak could work on? The approach is actually already covered in https://fairmat-nfdi.github.io/nomad-tutorial-workflows/latest/custom/ but we should streamline/simplify and make more visible as the simplest possible transitioning point into public NOMAD
