We should have a section in the how-tos about "recipes" for achieving certain common tasks within NOMAD. I think as it stands now, it is quite hard for users to piece together information about certain common tasks without going through several pages and discord discussions. An example of a "recipe" could be:

• "How do I create a batch of NOMAD entries based on a template"?
• "How do I generate multiple entries from a single file?"
• "How do I combine manual user input with parsing?"

The recipes should be something that is not covered by a single doc topic, but should encompass several areas simultaneously. Also the recipes will often have more than one "solution".

Yes, I like this a lot. I think this is much more in the spirit of Diataxis, having more focused topics that demonstrate specific implementation questions.

Our current how-tos are somewhere between tutorials, how-tos, and explanations. But I like the idea of having a separate section to start building up "real" how tos based on the experiences (i presume) in the #issues channel
